Il Socievole is wine for the people. This social butterfly makes it easy, and affordable, to enjoy good quality natural wine. Gently fruity, light bodied, easygoing and friendly to every palate. We recommend chilling it in the fridge during the summer months, room temp the rest of the year. It'll become your new go-to.

Grape variety: Sangiovese
Production area: Montecucco, Toscana
Annual production:  5,266 bottles
Grape harvest: Manual, in late- October (lazy grapes didn't want to ripen.)
Vinification: Spontaneus fermentation. Harvested by hand, crushed. Vinification in steel tank. 3 month passage in vintage tonneax

Total sulfur dioxide: 21mg/l

Flavour and aroma: Strawberries and sunshine in a bottle
Pairings: Good people, fresh picked fruit that's still warm from the sun
Serving temperature: Chilled 10-12 °C, or ambient.
