Made with grapes organically grown by our pal Aldo in the nearby hills of Campagnatico. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eABV: 14.5%\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrape variety: 100% Syrah\u003cbr\u003eAppellation: IGT Toscana\u003cbr\u003eAnnual production: 420 bottles\u003cbr\u003eGrape harvest: manual, in late-September\u003cbr\u003eVinification: Spontaneus fermentation. Harvested during the coolest hours of the day, crushed and put in small buckets, punched down by hand daily for slow fermentation.
