Nerie

This natural Syrah is slightly peppery with gentle notes of spice. A structured wine worth savouring.

This was a collaborative project made in our cantina with a few other local winemakers, enologists, and friends. Made with grapes organically grown by our pal Aldo in the nearby hills of Campagnatico.

Grape variety: 100% Syrah
Appellation: IGT Toscana
Annual production: 420 bottles
Grape harvest: manual, in late-September
Vinification: Spontaneus fermentation. Harvested during the coolest hours of the day, crushed and put in small buckets, punched down by hand daily for slow fermentation. Aged in vintage wood barrique (300l) for 8 months.

Total sulfur dioxide: 21mg/l
