La Paganica
You know what they say about good things coming in small packages? Our most elegant and sophisticated wine had a very limited production of less than 300 bottles. Which makes her all the more special.
This smooth and silky orange wine embodies a deep amber hue. Sip this one mindfully, like a meditation on the Etruscan history of skin contact wine making techniques. Drink lightly chilled on a summer evening around sunset and let it relax to an ambient temp as you enjoy a plate of delicate, handmade Tortelli Maremmani.
