Grape harvest: Manual, in late- October (lazy grapes didn't want to ripen.)
Vinification: Spontaneus fermentation. Harvested by hand, crushed. Vinification in steel tank. 3 month passage in vintage tonneax

Pairings: Good people, fresh picked fruit that's still warm from the sun
Serving temperature: Chilled 10-12 °C, or ambient.
