Il Libertino
A wine with a story. These delicious grapes were destined for the ground. When we heard that, we made a phone call and intercepted their fate. We also made lovely new friends who also happened to be producing natural wine nearby.
Picked by hand from the fields of Yolanta and Mirek at beautiful Tenuta di Monte Antico. This Sangiovese lends something extra to the traditional flavour profile of a sangio. It starts off fresh and vibrant, then a deep and inviting vibe kicks in. Rich hints of cherry and rhubarb at the finish.
