Vinification: Spontaneus fermentation. Harvested by hand during the coolest hours of the day, crushed and pressed. Vinification in steel tank.

Flavour and aroma: Hints of tropical fruits with unique depth. Harmonious, full-bodied flavour, with an intense, savoury finish.
